Join us for this workshop series focusing on topics related to wellbeing while connecting with others and our creativity. No skills needed and absolutely everyone is welcome, even if you think you’re not crafty! You can choose the materials that resonate with you, including textiles, drawing or collage (among others).
If you've attended these workshops early this year, please know we'd love to see you again as we'll be covering different topics.
In these workshops, we combine gentle, facilitated conversations on topics such as navigating uncertainty, self-compassion, and dealing with perfectionism, with space for participants to share experiences and strategies.
Our approach draws inspiration from the kaupapa of Latin American arpilleras, a collective textile tradition through which women have come together to support one another, reflect, and create in challenging times.
Participants in similar workshops have said this is a “welcoming space to meet and comfortably share experiences”.
Come, learn, connect and create in a safe, supportive environment with other women and non-binary people who prefer a women-centred space.
