Mindful Movement


This group offers the opportunity to engage in a trauma-informed movement practice on mats. Each session also includes time for optional group sharing, guided relaxation, and journalling prompts.

No experience or special clothing is needed, although comfortable clothing is recommended.

All activities are optional, and participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, take breaks as needed, and honour what feels right for them.

Mats provided.
