9th April 2025 - Effective Communication - Active Listening
16th April 2025 - Effective Communication - Safe Sharing
23rd April 2025 - Self-Care
30th April 2025 - Strategies for Change
7th May 2025 - Setting Boundaries
Our skilled facilitators offer valuable insights on the topic, followed by group discussions where participants can share their experiences and strategies. Previous attendees have noted that it is a "welcoming space to meet and comfortably share experiences," with a "great balance between sharing and receiving information from the facilitators."
