We provide a safe, friendly environment for you to bring questions or concerns about any aspect of your health or wellbeing. We will discuss your situation, look at possible options, and refer you on if this is necessary. If we don’t know the answers, we will help you try and find them. We will always endeavour to be understanding and helpful, and to give you some ideas about how to best deal with your concerns. We offer:

• Support service /telephone or drop-in accessibility. No appointment is needed.
• Listening, support and referrals to appropriate agencies 
• Separate counselling service for women on a benefit/low income, provided by qualified counsellors, by appointment. 
• Health information library and resources
• Pregnancy testing and free condoms
• Information on contraception and safer sex practices
• Assistance with finding a doctor, counsellor, or other health practitioner
